What type of training does ACT Global have?

We offer both public and in-house face-to-face and virtual auditor training, and we also offer recognition of prior learning (RPL).

What training does ACT Global offer?

Who are ACT Global?

ACT Global are a global organization that certifies both individuals and training providers through it's international partners. ACT Global personnel certification includes auditors, engineers, technicians and consultants. Training providers are third party certified for the courses they deliver.

How can I find out more about the training?

Simply email training@actglobal.co.za or call us on +27 10 0234 4471 / +27 11 568 4420 and one of our sales consultant will assist you with your quest.

How far in advance do I have to book to secure my place?

We take bookings up until the one week prior to the training commence as long as there are places available, although it is always best to book in advance to secure your place. For your peace of mind we never cancel a course – so you can book with confidence.

Is the training internationally recognized?

Yes. Our Programmes are certified by a number of certification partners here in South Africa, USA and Europe and therefore your Certificates will be recognized internationally.

Payments.

Do you offer a discount for multiple people?

Yes we do depending on the number of delegates.

Do you require full payment at enrollment?

No, at ACT Global you can make a 50% deposit to reserve your seat and pay the balance at the beginning of the Programme.

How can I pay?

ACT Global offers a variety of payment options, EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer, T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), Western Union, MoneyGram and PayPal. Your invoice for your training will include all available payment options.




Certificates.

Does the ACT Global competency units expire?

The internationally recognized competency units remain current as long as the international standard they align with remains unchanged.

Will I get a certificate?

Yes, indicating the internationally recognized Accreditation competency units

How long until I get my certificate?

Certificates are issued promptly upon completion of the training and posted via DHL if training was done online. Postage times will vary depending on your location.

In-House Training.

Can you personalize in-house training to meet my needs?

Yes, our courses can be tailored to suit your specific requirements, whether they are for;
* For your specific organization type,
* Your people’s availability,
* Your location.

Is on-site training available?

Yes, we can train your workers at your premises.

Are PSDs (layered Photoshop files) included?

Yes, the .psd source for the homepage is included.

Cancellations, Refund and Transfers.

What ACT Global refund policy?

No cash refunds will be issued for cancellations or postponements. ACT Global (Pty) Ltd encourages affected delegates to utilize the credited amount towards a future event within the stipulated time frame.

What happen to delegate(s) payment if an event is postponed?

In the event of a postponement or cancellation, delegate payments made for the affected event will be credited to the delegate's account. Credits are transferable and can be used towards the registration fee for any future
ACT Global (Pty) Ltd event within a period of one year from the original event date.

What is ACT Global cancellation policy?

All cancellations must be received by ACT Global (Pty) Ltd in wring to info@actglobal.co.za.
⮚ For cancellations received more than one week prior to the course:- 25% cancellation fee will apply.
⮚ For cancellations received less than one weekprior to the course:- 50% cancellation fee will apply.
⮚ For cancellations received within 24 hours of the course: 100% cancellation fee will apply.
Substitutes are welcome at no additional charge. Substitute's personal and contact details must be emailed to info@actglobal.co.za. Non-payment and non-advance do not constitute cancellation.
